Q. What does EPDM mean?
A. Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer

Q. Is EPDM rubber suitable for my roof?
A. Almost certainly... there are very few instances when EPDM Rubber cannot be installed.

Q. What does it look like?
A. A EPDM Rubber roof looks a dark grey, very similar to a large piece of lead.

Q. Can I walk on my new roof?
A. Yes, it is designed for maintenance access. Also, because the roof is not covered with sharp chippings, you won't need to keep scooping them out of your gutter.

Q. Is EPDM expensive?
A. No. Despite its considerable technical and lifespan advantages, EPDM Rubber compares very well indeed to traditional materials.

A. Our EPDM roofs are guaranteed against leakage for :
20 years – thickness of rubber 1.14mm
30 years – thickness of rubber 1.5mm
